Returns & Exchanges

Babi makes every effort to provide you with great quality, beautifully presented goods. We double check all items before they are sent to ensure that the goods are not faulty and that the details of the order are correct. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you to arrange a refund or credit. Alternatively, it may be possible to place the items on back order.

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges are offered on sale items unless they are faulty. Please choose carefully.

If something you purchased from us is in some way damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. We will also cover any additional postage costs. Refunds will be given for the purchase price of the item including the initial postage cost.

exchangesPlease select your onesies carefully.  We have taken great care to present images of our products which are true to life but please be aware that the colours of products may vary slightly on different computer screens.

If for some reason you have changed your mind, or you are unhappy with your purchase due to the size, colour or if the product just isn’t what you expected, then we will exchange it for you. The following conditions apply: 


You must return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery
The goods must be received by us in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, with their packaging and tags intact
We will not refund the original postage charge
Re-delivery of the exchanged goods will be at the customer’s expense
