What Is a Boreka?
A boreka is a classic pastry found across Turkey and the Mediterranean. Layers of thin, flaky dough wrapped around cheese, potatoes, spinach, or meat—served with pickles, cracked olives, crushed tomato, and a jammy egg.
For generations, this has been comfort food, breakfast food, snack food—a warm bite you grab on the go. Now we’re bringing that same tradition, fresh and simple, to today.

Each one is made fresh, wrapped in crispy layers of dough, and served with crushed tomato, pickles, cracked olives, tahini, and a soft boiled egg. A full meal in your hand.
